Simon T.J. Botman (1974) comes from a business family. He has always been in love with this 'profession' and started his first business at age of 17. Simons life changed completely a couple of years after the death of his father. He got stuck emotionally. As usual he looked for the answer in sources outside himself and in his mind, by conducting a psychologist, a psychotherapist, reading books, etc. After some time he found that the situation could be temporarily fixed, but never be solved by these outside and mind based sources. At that point he knew he had to go inside himself. Beyond the mind. There he suddenly felt a spark that felt very familiar but he also never felt it before in his life. He knew this was what he had been looking for all along. This spark was what he truly was: his essence, his soul or his creative source. Simon felt that the only way out of his stuck situation, would be to expand this spark, so it could fully integrate with his life. In order to do so, he had to let go of his ego. This had become is sole goal in life. Because he knew that as long as his ego would be involved, he would never be able to experience his full potential.
After his study at the Haarlem Business School in Holland, he had a number of jobs (like a salesman, an account manager, a stock trader and some other commercial jobs). In 2005 Simon felt it was time to start playing with his creative source, through his own business. Eventually this became 2 businesses.
After having run these businesses for 4 years, in 2009 the desire come from his creative source, to start inspiring other entrepreneurs and managers with this fabulous new way of working. Although it does not feel like working anymore; it is more a way of creating and allowing, without the interference of our minds. The thinking still exists, but more as a support of the creative source.
